This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Tick ("Tick," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. By using Tick, you agree to this policy.
Tick has no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal profile information to play.
Your progress, level, coins, chips, unlocked items, and settings, is saved locally on your device. We do not upload or store this information on our servers.
Some features rely on third-party services that may collect information under their own privacy policies:
On first launch you may be asked whether Tick can track you for advertising. Your choice is respected: if you decline, you'll still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with third parties except as needed for the services described above (advertising, Apple Game Center, and Apple's purchase system), each acting under its own privacy policy.
Tick is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through a third-party service, please contact us and we will help address it.
Because your game data is stored on your device, it remains until you delete the app or reset your progress. We do not retain personal data on our own servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
